I made Boeuf Bourguignon a la Julia Childs!
My first attempt at a recipe from Mastering the Art of French Cooking
(my Christmas present from 2009...)
I was very intimidated, but it was so much fun.
Total time spent in the kitchen...4 hours... but it was TOTALLY worth it!
