well i guess the honeymoon phase is starting to fade. i have not been feeling well and it has made me realize how nice it was to be close to family. don't get me wrong, we really love it here, but sometimes you just need your mom!
so the past couple of weeks have been a little less eventful and a little more trying. but i'm just trying to enjoy the small things and learn to laugh at my son and myself (even if it is a few days after the fact).
so angelic...
and somehow so grumpy the next minute...
a few weekends ago we went on a double-decker bus tour of the city. my parent's next door neighbors gave the tour to us as a going away present. it was SO awesome! we hopped off the tour at alamo square, made famous by the tv show full house. (see the "painted ladies" as they are referred to in the background). it was a beautiful day and conner really enjoyed running up and down the hill. wish i could cue the theme song as you look at these pictures ;)
and last but not least, we had our 20 week sonogram last week and found out the gender of our new baby! these pictures make me laugh. it looks like conner is upset to find out the little one is a boy. no, just kidding. we are all really excited
(especially our bank account).

I love that you have an orange tree in your yard. How fun! I can't believe how big Conner is- it is never to early to introduce him to the wonder that is Full House.
